Key Responsibilities:

​

• Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization with respect to organizational goals, budgets, and forecasts, and provide analysis to the President on a regular basis

• Create monthly financial objectives that align with the organization’s strategies and current and projected grant portfolio - must be experienced with builders draw

• Develop annual revenue projections and organizational budget, monitor and make recommendations for adjustments throughout the year

• Manage overall financial operations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory and funder requirements

• Oversee tax functions and ensure compliance with IRS regulations

• Coordinate audits with independent auditors and regulatory agencies

Qualifications:

​

• Strong commitment to vision, mission, and values of Parthenon Homes Inc

• A bachelor’s or graduate degree/certification in Finance/Accounting; CPA/MBA preferred

• At least 2 years of experience as a financial manager required

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office

• Detail orientation

• Fluency in English and an effective communicator, both written and oral

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
